Lobbying registration in Philadelphia is on an annual, calendar-year basis. The Philadelphia Lobbying Information System (PLIS) will accept 2024 registrations beginning on January 1, 2024. The annual lobbying fee is $200. Lobbyists, lobbying firms or principals that registered in 2023 are not automatically required to renew their registration in 2024 until such time as the applicable registration thresholds in the Lobbying Code (Section 20-1204) and Regulation No. 9 have been met in 2024.
